It's a way to reserve our hottest new products/designs before their initial release.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

The pre-ordered item/s will be shipped on its release date stated in the item description. If you have ordered multiple items within an order containing a pre-order item, your order will be held back and sent out in full to you once the pre-order item arrives into our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items.

If you have purchased multiple Pre-order items, these will be dispatched together on the later stated date.

PLEASE NOTE - On rare occasions Pre-Order dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. Customs Clearance, Public holidays etc. We thank you for your understanding.
