Can I return my order to you? 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we give our UK customers up to 30 days (after the receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or one size exchange only. We cannot exchange for an alternative style. We only authorise returns that are returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging. Products must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition (i.e. with no visible wear and tear/damage).
 *If tags have been removed or tampered with in any way - this deems the item non-returnable/refundable*
  • Please note – UNDERWEAR is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
Please note if you return your items outside of the 30 day return period, the item/s will be returned back to you. 
We are not able to exchange an item more than one time. The item/s will be refunded to you for you to re-order if this is necessary.
 
UK Customers - how should I return my parcel ?
PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE AND ENCLOSE THE RETURNS FORM TEMPLATE INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A COPY IF YOU HAVE MISPLACED THIS 
IF A PARCEL IS RETURNED WITHOUT PAPERWORK ENCLOSED WITH THE GOODS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO IDENTIFY THE SENDER IN ORDER TO ISSUE A REFUND/EXCHANGE FOR THE PARCEL 
We strongly recommend using a trackable method to send items back to us, such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, or a similar method which gives you a tracking number.
We recommend this, because if items get lost in the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any lost items. Using a tracked service will enable you to claim from your chosen delivery company in the unfortunate circumstance that a parcel may go missing.
Please keep your postage receipt safe until your return has been processed.
Your refund for the total RRP value of the returned item/s (excluding original postage paid) will be issued to the payment method used to pay originally for the item. 
We aim to process returns within 48 working hours of receiving them. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 7 working days to clear into your account. Refunds will be made to the account used to make the original purchase ONLY
If after 30 working days of returning your item you have not been refunded, please contact us on our Contact Us page.

We regret that we do not provide free returns labels, so return postage is at the customers expense. We do however send one exchange free of charge to you.

 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMER RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we give our Australian customers up to 45 days (after the receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund
Please note - we do not provide a DHL return service for our customers in Australia. Please therefore arrange your own return to us to our UK address shown above. Returns are at the customers OWN COST. We do recommend returning using a tracked service. 
Please ensure that when returning items to the UK, all duties, customs and vat payable are paid by you as the customer to ensure these are received successfully back to us and not returned to sender. If we incur any duties/customs or vat charges when your parcel reaches the UK - they will be deducted from your refund total.
Please note if your return is received outside of the 45 day period, you will be refunded the retail value of the item/s returned - MINUS a late return admin charge of £24.99*
