Christmas Return Policy
CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
If you are purchasing an item/s as a gift, we do not provide gift receipts. However, please note that ALL ITEMS purchased on or after Friday 22nd November 2024 have an extended return period and can be returned for a refund until 6th JANUARY 2025 ONLY. Any items returned after this date that have been purchased between the dates stated will be deemed non-returnable.
All normal terms and conditions apply, items must be returned with original tags and unworn (Apart from trying on)
If you are returning an item that has been purchased for you as a gift, please contact the original buyer as you will need to return the item/s to us with some note/paperwork stating their name and original order number so that we can identify this to process an exchange/refund. Please note we can only refund monies back to the original payment method used by the original buyer. If you require an exchange, please also state the shipping address that you want any exchange items sent to if this is different from the original buyer.
